5761284This is the product of the John-and-Harry collaboration in 1974 now commonly known as John’s Lost Weekend. Just for reference of the quality of the partnership this period produced. “Don’t Forget Me” remains my favorite from the album and, of course, “Many Rivers To Cross.”

During the recording sessions, Nilsson ruptured one of his vocal cords but chose to keep this from Lennon. He forced himself to push through the sessions, causing even more damage.
