Name: Virginia Gentleman
Nose: Wood, Vanilla, Maple Syrup.
Palate: Stale smoke, oak, rye, corn, and vanilla.
Finish: Short and spicy with some flavors of vanilla and citrus.
Overall: Virginia Gentleman is a budget bourbon. Having recently moved to Virginia I decided I would finally give it a go. I was not at all impressed with this whiskey. The flavors tasted stale and artificial. For a few dollars more there are far better options out there in the budget group. I tried Virginia Gentleman neat and in a cocktail and enjoyed it best in a cocktail.
